We offer a 90-day trial run on all gear, meaning you can take your new shoes or apparel for a test run and return them for free if you aren't 100% satisfied. Even after 90 days, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags for up to one year from the purchase date.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid UPS shipping label provided by Brooks.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging or a sturdy box and attach the printed return label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days.
